The system can send automated alerts by email to team members and stakeholders for approval or to notify them of a status update.

The Project Monitoring App enables users to monitor existing projects created in the Project Planning Apps.
It allows the user to input the project manager, project team member, the start date and the end date of the project.
The app will automatically populate the information of the project cost (which was already input in the Project Planning Apps). This will populate all related Purchase Order Numbers and calculate the total cost of the Purchase Orders related to the Project.
The app also automatically calculates the number of Days Left until the end date of the project. The app contains several assignments that allows users to know the status of the project.
