Connect your assets with sensors to seamlessly collect data for their condition and health monitoring. Data such as temperature, pressure and vibration can be automatically sent from the sensors to UniFi EAM via our middleware and integration feature and automated workflows can start workflows and activities based on the sensor feedback. The Business Intelligence feature can provide real time analytics like no other EAM system

Condition monitoring data can also be sent to the Asset Register and Asset Monitoring through the Asset Register & Monitoring App in UniFi .

IoT: Partnership and Integration options

We have a partnership with an IoT (Internet of Things) sensor module manufacturer and can bundle sensors into your EAM project for you or we can easily integrate UniFi EAM to your existing provider of IoT sensor modules.

Using the UniFi Data Connector allows you to collect real-time data from sensors and devices installed on assets. This data helps you monitor assets in real time and can be used to automate the Work Orders or the ordering of replacement parts. This enables you to lower your costs and reduce risks and potential downtime.

Combined with the features and capabilities of UniFi EAM we can fully automate your asset management like no other system thanks to our “one stop shop” approach.

Examples of asset sensors integrated with UniFi includes: CO2, meter reading, air control, temperature and humidity, irrigation control, energy monitoring, audio analysis, lone worker, emergency, motion tracking and asset tracking.

Predictive maintenance can be achieved by analysing historical data of maintenance using the UniFi EAM Dashboard that contains Work Order and associated data.   2. UniFi keeps a log of historical records and changes to data, comments, and attributes. You are able to see all the changes in every transaction and track any historical data.

  3. Multiple Levels of Approval
  4. UniFi has multiple approval levels – you can approve using an electronic signature or by changing the approval status from within the system. If you have the correct user permissions, you are able to manage the approval level with no limitations. You can also adjust the approval level if the approval must be assigned to all users (Wait All) or to only one user as a representative (Wait Any).
