UniFi has multiple approval levels – you can approve using an electronic signature or by changing the approval status from within the system. If you have the correct user permissions, you are able to manage the approval level with no limitations. You can also adjust the approval level if the approval must be assigned to all users (Wait All) or to only one user as a representative (Wait Any).
