UniFi Budget Management allows the budget manager to issue budgets easily and quickly to budget holders for review, amendment, and approval.

Whether it’s zero-based or based on the prior year (with uplift), current year actual values or any other methodology, UniFi Budget Management can handle it all.

Budgets can also be uploaded from Excel using the Excel add-in feature.

As the budget manager, UniFi Budget Management allows you to keep track of progress and maintain an overview of the current position and easily identify which budgets are still outstanding.

With UniFi Budget Management, multiple revisions are possible, and the budget data can seamlessly integrate with your accounting software for a single source of truth.

Budgets can be updated on a quarterly, monthly or any periodic basis and multiple versions can be recorded and reported against.

UniFi Budget Management comes with informative budget management dashboards. These provide a full overview of the current budgeting activity, the status of each budget, consolidated income and expenditure for completed budgets so far, and buttons for budget-related tasks.

You can issue new and revised budgets from here for further amendment or approval.
