Asset Depreciation Report

Enhance asset life cycle and plan for the future with the UniFi Asset Depreciation Report. You can track depreciation, obtain historical and new calculations effortlessly. 

The UniFi Asset Depreciation Report provides information that supports accounting and budgetary planning for future purchases. It makes it easier to obtain historical and new depreciation calculations and specifies each asset’s unique identification number, description, and barcode number, including the depreciation method used, such as straight-line depreciation and double-declining depreciation.

Additionally, it provides the book value of each asset at the end of the reporting period.

You can maintain multiple depreciation schedules for an asset, which can help if you need to report differently for GAAP or tax purposes.

With our Asset Monitoring Apps, you can input, update, or delete the visual condition and the criticality of each asset to monitor the historical condition of the asset itself. It gives a clear and factual indication of an assets condition from a visual perspective.

Asset Register

Using the no-code drag and drop form builder you can easily choose from several fields that match your asset types – from text and date fields to barcode and dropdowns.

You can add as much information as needed to ensure accuracy within the register.
